Exception Access Violation code: c0000005, address: 02FC4E0C, No. of Parameters: 2, Start-up address: 0047B000,Offset Exception: 02B49E0C

I am using a Wilcom based program that has worked just fine, until now, with my Windows 8. Now it will not open at all. I have used the program at least 10 times without problems.

Exception Access Violation

Exception code: c0000005.

Exception flags: 0.

Exception address: 02FC4E0C.

Number of Parameters: 2.

Start-up address: 0047B000.

Off Set Exception: 02B49E0C.

I have tried 3 times to open this program and each time I get this message, but the Exception address and Off-Set Exception numbers change

each time.

Please advise.

Thank you.

We do need the actual DMP file as it contains the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.
You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting into safe mode (F8) with networking.
If you are overclocking stop.  (chances are if you dont know if you are, you are not)a
To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button. (if available on  your site, MS doesnt have this)

Nothing in your previous post.  We need the link to the DMP in your Skydrive.
