Does Windows 8 come with Microsoft Office set (word, excel, powerpoint, access)

Wait, i don't get it.
I am talking about Windows 8 for PC.
Now i am interested in both Windows 7 and Windows 8 for LAPTOPS and PCs.
Do they come with Microsoft Office pack, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access?
I really need those 4 programs, so i want to know if Windows 7 and Windows 8 (OR one of these two) comes with it. (talking about PC and LAPTOPS version).

Let me try this again: Other than Windows 8 RT - which is essentially the 'tablet edition of Windows 8' - Windows has not ever before and does not now come with any editions of Microsoft Office.  Some OEMs may pre-package their systems (Dell, Lenovo, HP, etc.) with Office trials or better - but they do that - not Microsoft.

What is "NO IT DOES NOT." in reference to in your response to me?

I think we have well established that other than Windows 8 RT Edition, no other version of Microsoft Windows has come with (from Microsoft) any edition of Microsoft Office or Microsoft Works.  Sure - that doesn't stop a third party (Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc.) from including it with their packaged products and systems (or just providing trial software even) - but even the Surface Pro (from Microsoft) doesn't come bundled with Microsoft Office (although you can add it.)
