Original title: "network adapter" "NIC" "disabled interface" "disabled adapter"
Cannot connect to the internet using Verizon fios router. But can connect using an Ethernet cable
Hi Nap,
Is your Network Adapter disabled in Device manager?
If so, please uninstall and reinstall the network driver and reinstall it to check if it resolves the issue.
Method 1:
a) Type Device manager on the start screen and hit Settings and then Enter
b) Right click on the Network adapter and select Properties
c) Then click on Driver tab and choose "Uninstall"
c) Restart the computer.
d) Visit the manufacturer’s website and reinstall the network driver.
