Networking Windows 8 and Windows 7 Home Premium

I am trying to share a printer that is connected to my Windows 8 Pro laptop with a Windows 7 Home Premium laptop.  Cannot get the Windows 7 computer to see the Windows 8 computer. However, Windows 8 computer can see & connect to the Window 7 computer.  Any ideas?

Use a HomeGroup. It is a painfully simple way to do it..
