Ipv4 No Internet access but Ipv6 Connectivity is OK

I bought a Laptop with IE10 an Windows 8 installed. When I try to connect by WiFi, the Ipv4 access does not work but Ipv6 access it works.

 

I can browse only in few pages.

As we understand from issue description, Ipv4 does not work while connecting through Wifi.
We will try to help you resolve the issue.
 
If you could answer a few questions it would help us to resolve this issue:
1. Do you get any error message?
2. Are you on a domain network?
 
Here are a few steps which you can follow:
 
Step 1: Clear the DNS resolver cache.
a)Move the mouse to the bottom left corner of the screen and right clicking the Start and selecting
"Command Prompt (Admin)".
b)Type ipconfig /flushdns, and then press Enter.
 
Step 2: Manually configure the TCP/IP settings
Follow the steps to reset the TCP/IP.
a) Boot to the desktop view.
b) Open command prompt, right click in the left corner when the Start window appear and select command prompt (admin).
c) At the command prompt, copy and paste (or type) the following command and then press ENTER:
netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
Note: If you do not want to specify a directory path for the log file, use the following command:
netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt
d) Reboot the computer.
