Windows 8 DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL tcpip.sys

Hi,
I've installed Windows 8 on my Acer Aspire 5740G and sometimes (almost once a day), windows crashes.

Bug check string: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Bug check code: 0x000000d1
Caused by driver: tcpip.sys
Crash address: ntoskrnl.exe+7ad40

Here there are the 3 last minidump files of last crashes.

How do I solve this problem?
Thanks!
Answer
Answer

The minidump files showed a DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1) stop error caused by the k57nd60a.sys:

BUCKET_ID:  AV_k57nd60a+43ab6

The k57nd60a.sys which is dated Oct 19, 2011, is a driver for the Broadcom network adapter.

Try updating the network adapter driver.

I would also suggest to update ESET Smart Security to the most recent Windows 8 compatible version.
