Hi RICHARDWALKER,

Welcome to the Microsoft Community. As per the problem description you get script error while printing online. Provide the following information:

·         Are you using Internet Explorer?

·         Have you made any changes on the computer prior to the issue?

·         Does the issue occur with all websites?

I will help you with this issue. I would suggest you to follow these methods if you are using Internet Explorer.

Method 1: Disable script debugging.

a)    On the Tools menu, click Internet Options. If you can't see the Tools menu, press Alt to display the menus.

b)    On the Advanced tab, click to clear the Display a notification about every script error box, and then click OK.

Method 2: Verify that Active Scripting, ActiveX, and Java are not being blocked by Internet Explorer.

a)    Open Internet Explorer from desktop view.

b)    On the Tools menu, click Internet Options. If you can't see the Tools menu, press Alt to display the menus.

c)    In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Security tab.

d)    Click Default Level. Click OK.

Note ActiveX controls and Java programs are turned off in the High security level in Internet Explorer.

Method 3: Remove all temporary Internet files.

a)    Open Internet Explorer from desktop view.

b)    On the Tools menu, click Internet Options. If you can't see the Tools menu, press Alt to display the menus.

c)    Click the General tab.

d)    Under Browsing History, click Delete.

e)    In the Delete Browsing History dialog box, click to select the following check boxes, and then click Delete:

                      i.        Temporary Internet Files

                     ii.        Cookies

                    iii.        History

f)     Click Close, and then click OK to close the Internet Options dialog box.

Method 4: Reset Internet Explorer's settings. Follow the steps:

a)    Open Internet Explorer.

b)    Tap/click on tools, Internet Options.

c)    Tap/click the Advanced tab.

d)    Tap/click Reset and tap/click apply and ok.

Note: The Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature might reset security settings or privacy settings that you added to the list of Trusted Sites. The Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature might also reset parental control settings. We recommend that you note these sites before you use the Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance with Windows.

Tried all of these fixes and none of them worked.  However, I did see a box come up when I tried to print that was checked that said "use the built in debugger in Internet Explorer".  How do I uncheck this box to see if this is the problem?
