Hi,

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

From the provided information, I understand that the screen looks very big and you have to scroll to left and right to see the information. We need some more information to assist you in a better way.

1.      Did you try to change the resolution of the screen?

2.      Is the issue confined to particular app/program?

This issue might be due to driver or the resolution selected. Try the following methods and check if it helps in resolving the issue.

Method 1: Please change the resolution and check if that helps.

a.       Press Windows + x, Click or tap Command Prompt (Administrator).

b.      Go to command prompt, type desk.cpl.

c.       Please change the resolution of the screen to 1366*768.

Method 2: Reinstall the display drivers.

Step 1: uninstall the display drivers.

a.       Press Windows + X, Click Device Manager.

b.      Expand Display Adapters.

c.       Check if the name of the graphic card is the list.

d.      Right click on the Display Adapter’s name and click uninstall.

e.       Once you uninstall the drivers it will prompt to restart the computer, do not restart the computer.

f.        It will take default drivers in the computer.

Step 2: Reinstall the drivers.

Please download the drivers from the computer Manufacturer’s website and reinstall the drivers.

Method 3: If the driver is not compatible, please install them in compatibility mode.

a.       Download the display drivers from the manufacturer’s website.

b.      Right-click on the driver setup files and click on Properties.

c.       Click on the Compatibility tab and check the box run this program in compatibility mode for and select Windows 7 operating system from the drop down.

d.      Click on Apply and click OK and run the file to install it.
