How do I open the DVD drive on my Dell Inspiron 660?

I just bought this desktop and cannot figure out how to open the DVD drive.
JCC

Go to file explorer and right click the dvd drive>eject

This is a common question on the Dell forums since the button blends into the bezel. It is on the right front side of the drive. Press to open. Your manual is online at Dell Support although it is not very helpful unless you want to replace parts.

Now that I have up graded to Windows 10, I do no know how to run/install a 

dvd/cd to my PC.  Would you please help!

After finding the DVD drive on right of laptop, HOW DO I ACCESS THE DVD? I have been to file explorer, created a shortcut, but nothing works. HELP please.
