Bluetooth broadcom driver in windows 7 HP, is not compatible with Windows 8. How could i fix this ?

I have an HP Pavilion M6-1002Tx notebook with Windows 7 Home premium. I want to be upgrade with Windows 8 pro and the upgrade assistant says, Bluetooth broadcom software is not compatible with windows 8. Please help me, Use the Bluetooth in Windows 8 pro

There are Win8-64 drivers for that laptop:

Download and save them on a USB drive, CD, or a new folder on your hard drive for installation after the upgrade.

Thanks Tom, I uninstall the driver as there was a compatibility issue with Windows 8 upgrade. When i updated Windows 8 the problem was fixed with new driver being installed automatically.
