Keyboard keys are not working while playing online game (Tanki Online)

After buying this new Laptop. I tried to play a online game (Tanki Online). But i can't shoot and turn at the same time. It's like i can't press 2-3 key at the same time.

Hi,

  • Try another keyboard to see if you are experiencing the same thing?

Ghosting keyboard are managed by keyboard manufactures. If issue doesn’t persists using external keyboard it’s an hardware issue. Since you are using Notebook PC, I would suggest you to contact HP support.
