Error: There was a problem during the uninstall (-1)

1. Is the issue confined to DC Universe Online? Are you able to uninstall other programs without any issue?
2. How exactly did you try to uninstall it? Did you try uninstalling it from program Files?

Uninstall DC Universe Online manually by deleting hidden file and editing registry. As registry keys and hidden files will be generated along with the program installation, you need to remove all the hidden file and related registry keys of the program to ensure a complete removal. You can follow the below steps to fully uninstall it:

Step 1:

 Delete leftover files/folders

a. Go to Windows Explorer by pressing Windows key + E

b. Click on View select Options.

c. Under Folder Options window click on View tab.

d. Under Advanced settings checkmark Show Hidden Files and Folders.

e. Click on Apply and Ok.

Step 2:

Search for DC Universe Online using search and set to Everywhere and delete it completely from the computer. After you delete DC Universe Online,  Right click on the Windows Recycle bin and select empty the recycle bin.

Step 2: Delete associated registry leftovers

Modifying REGISTRY settings incorrectly can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from booting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the configuring of REGISTRY settings can be solved. Modifications of these settings are at your own risk.

a. Press Windows key + R to bring up the Run Box.

b. Type in "regedit", and then click ENTER to open Windows Registry Editor.

Find out the below registry keys in the editor.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\DC Universe Online)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\program name)
(HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\eg ui)

c. Delete those registry keys by right clicking on them and select "delete".

d. Go to Start > Control penal > Folder > Select Show Hidden Files and Folders

e. Locate and delete the following folders manually if found:

(C:\Program Files\DC Universe Online)
(C:\Document and Settings\All Users\Application Data\program name)
(C:\Documents and Settings\%USER%\Application Data\program name)

f. Close registry editor and restart your computer.
