Connecting Windows 8 games to Xbox Live account issues

I have an xbox live account under one email, but I set up my windows 8 profile under a separate email. How do I get my games app in windows 8 to change to my other profile? I have gone through the microsoft website and linked the two account emails to the same account, however this did not carry over to xbox live.

Here are a few steps to resolve the issue.
Method 1:
Check if the Date, time and Time zone is set correct.
Follow the steps to set the date and time:
a. Press Windows key + C on your keyboard to show the Charms bar.
b. Type “Date and Time” in the charms bar search.
c. Click Change date and time button.
d. Click Apply and Ok to save the date and time.
Note: Click on the Time Zone tab to check the Time Zone.
Method 2:
Syncing the app licenses and checking for any updates in the Store:

a. Press your Windows Key to get to your Start Screen
b. Launch the Store app
c. While in the Store press Windows Key + C to pull up the Charms bar
d. Click on Settings
e. Click on App updates

To make things easier, click on Sync licenses under App licenses first
