cant install games or steam on windows 8 metro it says cant run this app why is this?

Hello,

 

I have a lenova yoga laptop with windows 8 metro and I just want to install a game that isn't a crappy facebook money making scam which is everygame in the app store! Steam wont install it says it cant run this app please find a app in the store the steam app wont run either! I have a gamers gate account and that wont install my games says the same thing im about ready to throw this piece of junk out! can anyone please help ive tried running as admin im not very good with computers
