aFallout 3 fails with message: ordinal 5359 not found ... program files (x86)/bethesda softworks/fallout 3/fallout3.exe

I am using.  The original install of the program worked.  It produces the ordinal not found message after I applied patch version 1.7.  I downloaded windows games live update and that did not work.  Please provide guidance.
Thanks.
