windows 8 how do I go back to a different restore date

I don't know how to go back to a different restore point in windows 8. Can someone help me?

It looks like you require information on System Restore and the different restore point in it.
 
I will certainly try and sort out the query, but I require some information:
 
1) Have you created multiple numbers of Restore points under System Restore?
2) Do you refer to performing System Restore on a recent date?
 
If you are referring to perform System Restore on a different recent date, you might perform by navigating to Advance Startup options.
 
Please follow the steps:
 
a) Press Windows and x key together and select Control Panel.
b) Click on Recovery.
c) Click on Open System Restore.
d) Click on Next.
e) Check on box which states “Show more restore points”.
f) Select the required Restore point with the respective date.
g) Click on Next.
h) Click on Finish.
