Error message: email is unavailable and one of the account not working in Mail app.

Original title: Windows 8 Mail App

I managed to set up the Mail App and get this working, however having turned the PC on today, I find it is now not working and is stating my email is unavailable. I also notice I have two accounts, one appears to have content, the other is just blank. Can you advise how I may rectify this?  I have updated my Apps.
