I bought a new HP laptop on black friday and was instantly excited about the windows 8 mail app.I set up the laptop and the mail app seemed to work great. When i opened it all my emails were there. Not a hour later did I get an error about it not syncing
properly. I followed all the help I could online to no avail and eventually uninstalled the mail app and reinstalled it. Now it wont let me connect any email accounts to it. Oh, I also switched from a "live" account to "standard", and then back to live too.
It shows my main email in it, and allows me to send emails from the app, but nothing is coming in and I am unable to add other emails to the account. Ive ran the trouble shooter download and that didnt work. Any help is greatly appreciated

Hi, I'm having a similar problem as well. None of my apps were working so I refreshed the PC. The apps started working but now they are back as they were. Only the store is working, although I cannot update apps from the store!
I tried using these methods listed.
Help will be much appreciated!
