If you have a new or limited-feature account some of the features might have been turned off to help prevent spammers from using these features. This is likely due to the IP address that the account was created on. We do this for security purposes. This limits the number of contacts that you can sync with other programs and add to your address book.

 

 The features will be available once you’ve used your account for a few days. Or, to turn on the features right away, go to the Add a phone page to verify your account with a mobile phone number.
