I see that the Mail App has disappeared from the Start Screen.

1.Did you make any changes to the computer prior to this issue?
2.Are you able to see People, Messaging and Calendar apps on the Start Screen?
Here’s what you can try:
If the People, Messaging and Calendar apps aren’t showing on the Start Screen, then proceed directly to Method 2:
Method 1: Check if the Mail app is un-pinned from the Start Screen.
Follow these steps to pin the Mail App back to the Start Screen.
a.Open the Start Screen and right-click on empty space.
b.Click on All Apps at the bottom right of the screen.
c.Check for Mail App and, if present, right-click on it.
This will add the Mail App to the Start Screen.
Method 2: If the Mail app isn’t present in the All Apps window, just download it from Windows Store, free-of-cost.
Follow these steps to do so:
a.Open Windows Store in the
b.Press Windows key + C
to open the Charms Bar.
c.Select Search and type
d.Click on the option with the
Windows Logo on it.
e.After it opens, click on
This will install Mail App in the Start Screen.
