Cannot Access Mail in Windows 8 - PLEASE HELP

Installed Outlook.com in Windows 8 Mail.  Setup appears to have completed successfully.  Outlook.com account works fine on Windows 7 computer.  Now when I click on the Mail Tile, all I get is a white screen with the setup links. When I tried to set up Outlook.com again it says it is already set up.  So where do I click to open Outlook.com in Windows 8?  If the answer is the MAIL Tile, then what is the problem?

Tried Method 2:  Uninstalled and re-installed Mail app.  This  worked, but to get to the install screen, I had to "Cancel" the default screen.  Does not make much sense to me, but Outlook.com is finally installed and is working.  Thanks for the suggestions.
