There is no particular handwriting fonts for any Windows Operating System, It depends on how much big you write on the device. You may try the following steps and check if it helps.

a. Press/Tap Windows + X keys and click/tap on Control Panel.

This doesn't answer the question Chris asked.
How do you change the FONT on the handwriting input panel?
With the current FONT, the user who is trying to input text can't tell the difference between a lower-case "L", or an upper-case "I", or the pipe symbol, and I think the number one, but I haven't checked this last one.  So how do I know when I have something input correctly when the FONT makes it impossible to tell various letters/symbols apart?
