How do I delete a city in the weather app?

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

From your issue description I understand that you are not able to delete the first city that is shows up on the weather app.

You can't delete the default one. If you are trying to delete the one which you have added then follow this steps
a) First go to PLACE in the app an right click on another city
b) Set it as defaults, then you can right-click on Seattle and remove it.

There is no tool bar other than preferences on the Windows 10 version.

so how do I access a tool bar?

Why isn't there a way to delete the default that was on there? I have a new computer and live in Mobile, AL.

I could care less about the weather in Tulsa, OK
