Hi Buddhabless,
Thank you for choosing Microsoft community from your post I understand that you are unable to install any applications from the store to windows 8
1. What happens when you try to install or run any application?
2.
Does
it happens when installing a particular apps or with all apps?
Perform the following troubleshooting methods:
Method 1:
I would suggest you to place the computer in clean boot state and then check how it works.
Follow these steps to place the computer in clean boot:
Step 1:
1. Press the ‘Windows + R’ key on the keyboard.
2. In the ‘Run’ windows type ’MSCONFIG’ and click ‘Ok’.
3. Click the ‘Boot’ tab and uncheck ‘Safe Boot’ option.
4. On the ‘General’ tab, click to select the option ‘Selective startup’, and then click to clear the option Load startup items check box.
5. On the ‘Services’ tab, click to select the ‘Hide all Microsoft services’ check box, and then click ‘Disable all’.
6. On the ‘Startup’ tab, click ‘Open Task Manager’. In the Task Manager window under startup tab, right click on each startup item which are enabled and select ‘Disable’.
7. Click ‘OK’, and then click Restart.
8. If it works in clean boot state, then follow rest of the steps.
Step 2: Enable half of the
services
• Follow steps 1a and 1b to start the System Configuration utility.
• Click the Services tab, and then click to select the Hide all Microsoft services check box.
• Click to select half of the check boxes in the Service list.
• Click OK, and then click Restart.
Step 3:
1. If the problem still occurs, repeat step 1 and step 2. In step 2, click to clear half of the check boxes that you originally selected in the Service list.
2. If the problem does not occur, repeat step 1 and step 2. In step 2, select only half of the remaining check boxes that are cleared in the Service list. Repeat these steps until you have selected all the check boxes.
3. If only one service is selected in the Service list, and you still experience the problem, the selected service causes the problem. Go to step 6. If no service causes this problem, go to step 4
Step 4: Enable half of the
Startup items
If no startup item causes this problem, a Microsoft service most likely causes the problem. To determine which Microsoft service may be causing the problem, repeat step 1 and step 2 without selecting the Hide all Microsoft services check box in either step.
Step 5: Determine whether the problem returns
• If the problem still occurs, repeat step 1 and step 4. In step 4, click to clear half of the check boxes that you originally selected in the Startup Item list.
• If the problem does not occur, repeat step 1 and step 4. In step 4, select only half of the remaining check boxes that are cleared in the Startup Item list. Repeat these steps until you have selected all the check boxes.
• If only one startup item is selected in the Startup Item list, and you still experience the problem, the startup item that is selected in the list is the service that is causing the problem.
Go to step 5.
• If no startup item causes this problem, a Microsoft service most likely causes the problem. To determine which Microsoft service may be causing the problem, repeat step 1 and step 2 without selecting the Hide all Microsoft
services check box in either step.
Step 6:
After you determine the startup item or the service that causes the problem, contact the program manufacturer to determine whether the problem can be resolved. Or, run the System Configuration utility, and then click to clear
the check box for the problem item.
Step 7:
Note: After you have finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to boot to normal startup.
1. Press the ‘Windows + R’ key on the keyboard.
2. In the ‘Run’ windows type ’MSCONFIG’ and click ‘Ok’.
3. On the ‘General’ tab, click the ‘Normal Startup’ option, and then click ‘OK’.
4. When you are prompted to restart the computer, click ‘Restart’.
Method 2:
Try to install in new user account and check
a) Press 'Windows +W' and select control panel.
b) Select ‘User account and Family safety’.
c) Click on User accounts and select ‘Manage the account’.
d) Click on ‘Add a new user in PC settings’.
e) To create new user account click on the plus sign (+) ‘Add a User’.
f) Select ‘Don’t want this user to sign in with Microsoft account?’
g) Click on ‘Local account’ button.
h) Enter the User name and click on ‘Next’ button and click on ‘Finish’.
i) Restart the computer.
Hope this helps if any issues please reply

I think it's Bug.
The same problem exists with those who moved the folder "Temporary Internet files". If you move the file to the location "C: \ Users \ YOU \ AppData \ Local \ Microsoft \ Windows" the Store will work as before.

That helped, but it does not solve the problem. My drive C: - SSD. To prolong his life a bit, I bring a folder with temporary files to another disk. It did not create any problems in Windows 7, but for some reason a problem in Windows 8. Symbolic link does not help solve the problem. Clearly this part of the operating system hurry and forgot to remove the "blank flange". I hope in some updating it fixed.

You can move the folder "Temporary Internet files" to your driver D. But please don't put it in the ROOT directory of driver D. You can create a new folder in driver D (for example D:\IEtemp) and put the "Temporary Internet files" in it.Thank you!

Thanks, it helped but I agree with eLsie2, it's a bug and I also hope it will be fixed soon so that I don't have to use my ssd for temporary files. You can move the folder "Temporary Internet files" to your driver D.
