windows update error code "800B0001"

Im having issues while updating the windows 7 with updates, which throws the error code "800B0001".

Already tried the options in the link

also tried to repair my windows with the repair disk and using F8 options .

any suggestions ?

Im using widnows 7 version 6.1.7601 serive pack 1 build 7601 ( x64 based PC)

( i dont want to loose any programs in my system with the fresh installation )

d. When prompted, click on open to install the update.
