Windows Update Client failed to detect with error 0xc8000247

Hi,

I am getting an error when ever i ran windows update.

windows update cannot currently check for updates, because the service is not running.you may need to restart your computer.

 

bu doing reboot plenty of times still has the same issue. after i have found that log which is having installation history.

here is the info.
