Q: Why won't my Logitech MK550 wireless mouse and keyboard work after I update my windows 7 x64?

A few months back, I did a Windows update, and once it was installed and restarted, my keyboard and mouse would not work.
The only way to get them to work again is to do a system restore before the update.

Does anybody else have this issue? Better yet, does anybody have a fix for this? I really hate having to turn off automatic updates, and NOT keep my system updated.

Hi SquaLLioio,

I would suggest you to hide the particular update. Follow the steps:

1.    Click Start, point to All Programs, and then click either Windows Update or Microsoft Update.

2.    Click Custom.

3.    Click to clear the check box that is next to the update that you want to hide.

4.    Expand the update that you want to hide, and then click to clear the don’t show this update again check box.

5.    Click Review and install updates.

Did this solve your problem?

Sorry this didn't help.
