Kindly note that we have pushed IE11 along with KB2929437 (IE11 Enterprise Mode) and 'Enterprise Mode' GPO to a few Windows 7 machines as part of our pilot testing. After the deployment, around 6-7 PCs have encountered the error where IE11 got crash when the user tried to launch it. As recommended by Microsoft Support site (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2929437/), this issue is resolved once these PCs are installed with the specified Microsoft special patch - KB2956283.
I have tried to install the same patch (KB2929437) on other 2 PCs which do not have the problem just to make sure that every PC in our organization will all have the same list of Microsoft patches (standardization). Unfortunately the patch (KB2929437) failed to be installed on both PCs with the following error:
The following errors have also been appeared in WindowsUpdate.log every time the patch failed to be installed on client PC:

From the original patch site, I didn't see any additional pre-requisites which need to be installed prior to the installation of this patch.
In addition, the site also does not provide any warning to prevent this patch from being installed on the PC without the specified 'IE11 crash' issue.
I have repaired and upgraded my Windows Update agent as per specified in one of the Microsoft site (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/971058/) but the problem remains the same.
