I suspect that before the installing of the Windows 7 SP1 update can be installed you need to resolve other problems on the computer.

You have installed Advanced System Care 7 which is software I would not allow on any computer under my control. To remove select Start, Control Panel, Programs and Features, place the cursor on Advanced System Care 7, right click and select Uninstall from the drop down menu.

I would also remove Smart Defrag 2 and Free Registry Cleaner For Seven.

You have installed Avast. The Event Viewer logs suggest it is having problems updating. This could be as a result of interference from Advanced System Care 7 or malware, or a damaged Avast installation.  I suggest you remove Avast and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials.

I recommend that you run Disk CleanUp or cCleaner to remove temporary files as this will reduce scanning times by security software.

Use the Avast Removal Tool and restart your computer.

Download, install and complete a full scan with Microsoft Security Essentials:

Download and install Malwarebytes (freeware version for home users only -not the Trial version), update definitions and run in normal mode. Disable other security software whilst you are doing scans.

Please download and run ADWCleaner:

Please allow 2/3 hours for the system to run before uploading further information so that the impact of making changes can become apparent. Restart your computer twice during this time.

Please upload and share with everyone fresh copies of your System and Application logs from your Event Viewer to your Sky Drive and post a link here. You can remove the earlier copies of the logs from your Sky Drive.

Whilst waiting for the changed situation to be reflected in the Event Viewer logs please download and run the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor and upload a copy of the report to your Sky Drive as a shared file:
