Microsoft Update and Windows 7 Ultimate

System updates fine at Windows Update but Microsoft Update won't let me use it and I get the following:

To install updates from this website, you must be logged on as an administrator or a member of the Administrators group on your computer. If you use Windows XP, you can see if you are an administrator by going to User Accounts in Control Panel.

Note: If your computer is connected to a network, network policy settings might also prevent you using this website. Contact your system administrator for help with updates.

I have Admin rights so what gives and how do I get Microsoft Update to work?

Answer
Another option I would try is as follows.

Click <START>,
Select All Programs,
then hold the <SHIFT> key and Rigth-click Windows Update and chose 'Run as Administrator'.
Click Yes if UAC is enabled.

You are then running Windows Update as an Administrator.
