Windows Installer Help (MSI.chm) Error

I'm trying to load a program and the following error comes up:

Error 1334. The file '_A36AE8CB230BD52BA1F067E40A56B67A' cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in cabinet file 'DATA1.cab'. This could indicate a network error an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package.

When I clicked ok, a second box poped up reading:

"Consult Window Installer Help (Msi.chm) or MSDN for more information"

I went to System Configurations and checked to see if "Windows Installer" was loaded.  It is!  Do I need to update my Windows Installer?  If so, where can i find it.

Thanks

Carlos

Hmm, if a download it sounds like it might be corrupt.  Can you download again?  You might need to contact that company directly as it sounds more like a problem with the source file than a problem with Win7.
