Try the following methods and check if it helps.
Method 1: How to troubleshoot problem by performing clean boot in Windows 7: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 Note: Once you are done with the troubleshooting, perform the steps from Step 7: to reset computer as usual.
Method 2: Try to update the all driver and check if it helps.

Method 3: Uninstall and Reinstall LiveZoom and check if it helps.
