Who is responsible for the software 'thinkbroadband.com' and 'tbbMeter''?

There appears to be a minor problem when starting it up initially, although after the first time if it is minimised and computer powered off and on again there is no problem.

However I cannot find who produced it. I have contacted Dell and also British Telecomm Broadband and both denied all knowledge.

I am not sure whether it came on windows 7 on delivery or as result of one of the windows updates or similar

thinkbroadband is the maker of tbbmeter.

You didn't get it in an update and I doubt it was bundled by the vendor you purchased the PC from.
