What is Allgemeine Runtime program?

1.      What is the exact issue you are facing?

 

I would suggest you to contact the software manufacturer for assistance. They should be able to help you.

If it was installed from it's legitimate source, "http://www.sereby.org/site/AiO" then it should be fine, it's basically a self-installing package that contains essential plugins and software that are used such as Adobe Flash, Java, etc. It also contains redistributable run-time files necessary for some applications and even games to run properly. If you uninstall it I believe it only removes itself from the list, as well as some run-times, but leaves the majority of plugins intact. Oh and it also installs all of the .Net framework versions, also required by many software to function.

Final note,

The program is in German but, according to the website, "English users:
This Pack is International! You can use it on non German Systems without any Problem."

Veredict?

You may remove the software but it may remove everything else along with it, if not just a few files or just itself thus leaving the software it installed.
