What do the ctrl alt end and ctrl alt insert shortcuts do?
I think I might have pushed the end or insert key on accident while trying to bring up the task manager, and I'm just wondering what these commands do.
If you are having a problem, please post back and describe the problem in detail.
Ctrl+Alt+End is a keyboard shortcut used in a Remote Desktop Session to display the security dialog box.
On the Desktop, it has no functions and will likely behave just as if you had pressed the End Key alone. On a window with a scroll bar, it will simply scroll to the bottom of screen.
Ctrl+Alt+Insert does not have any specific function in a normal windows session.
Note: These 2 keyboard shortcuts may be programmed to perform different functions in specific applications or on specific systems.
