Q: VPN Error 868 the name of the remote access server does not resolve This thread is locked from future replies

I am using Windows 7 Home Premium and want to set up a VPN with my office network which uses Check Point Safe@Office.  I am unable to connect and get the error that the name of the remote access server does not resolve and that Windows cannot find the host name using DNS.  Any suggestions on what to try to resolve the problem?  I have set up the VPN connection according to the instructions of our network administrator.  We use XP at the office.
