I’d recommend you
uninstall and reinstall the program in compatibility mode and see if that fixes the issue.

Reinstall the program in administrator mode. Follow these steps:
a. Locate the program icon, right-click and select as “Run as administrator”.
b. When the User Account Control (UAC) message is displayed, do one
of the following:
- If you are logged on as a standard user, or if UAC is configured to always require credentials, enter the appropriate administrative credentials, and then click OK.
- If you are logged on as an administrator and UAC is not configured to always require credentials, click “Yes” to start the application.
c. Proceed with the installation and see if the issue gets fixed.
