Trouble with Jobulator software program "login credentials invalid" error message

I subscribe to jobulator. I just renewed my subscription and checked my actual ASEOP account and both were good. However, when i turned on my computer yesterday jobulator displayed the message "login credentials invalid". I have never received this message and I have used this software for over a month. I have tried everything to remedy this problem but nothing works. Any ideas or suggestions?
