In the "My Documents" folder, I get a folder named "Logishrd" that has a subfolder called "SetPoint" and a file with no extension named "productivity". This is obviously created by the SetPoint application, but why is it in "My Documents" even when I delete it? Moreover, the file is 0 bytes, so it doesn't seem to be storing anything.

Is there a way to permanently remove it?

Hello n3uromancer,

Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Answers Forum.

The file is related with Logitech QuickCam. If you no longer use the webcam you can uninstall it. That should get rid of the Logishrd folder and the contents in it. If you still use the Logitech QuickCam, then the folder will remain in the My Documents folder.

Hope this helps to answer your question.
