· What version of iTunes did you try and download?
· What is the error message that you encounter when you try to download iTunes?
· Which versionof windows 7 starter do you use 32bit or 64bit?
I would suggest you to do a clean boot and check. To perform a clean boot follow steps mentioned in the link given below.
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7
Note: After you have finished installing, follow step 7 to boot the computer in normal startup.
Run it with administrative privileges and check.
a. Right-click on the setup files of iTunes and select Run as administrator.
b. Download iTunes from the link mentioned below.
