How to uninstall DC Universe Online?

Anytime I try, it keep telling me 

Runtime Error!


Program:
C:\Users\OSATEE~1\AppData\Local\Temp\Unintaller-4852.exe  (The numbers always change when I uninstall.)


This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

You can uninstall the whole thing by launching the Launchpad in  C:\users\public\Sony Online Entertainment\Installed Games\DC Universe Online 

 then there is an option icon on the far down left, next to the update bar, and then choose Uninstall :D
