How to enable Direct Play on Windows 7, if you don't see it in "Legacy Components"?

first of all I know that DirectPlay is obsolete, deprecated etc. But still I need to enable/install it for some application to work.

Easiest solution 90% + people mention is going to 'Control Panel' and 'Turn Windows Features on or off', then go to 'Legacy Components' and under it there is 'DirectPlay'.

Seems easy, isn't it? Well not really, I don't have 'Legacy Components' there.

I have Windows 7 Home Premium but checked it also on two Windows 7 Professional: one got that option, other does not.

I searched about that a lot but couldn't find any working solution so I will be glad if someone can help me.
