how do i correct application error 0xc00000a5

I tried to download RoboForm to my computer and after install this application error comes up and RoboForm will not operate properly. It says it is a Windows application erro. How do I fix this, thanks - I need plenty of help so make your answers as clear as possible. I am not that computer literate.
