"Error applying transforms. Verify that the specified transform paths are valid" error message when you

Everytime im trying to uninstall java its giving me the erro r "Error applying transforms. Verify that the specified transform paths are valid" 
ive tried installing a different version but its saying i need to uninstall the old version first. I cant seem to find any solutions to this.

Help Please ! :)

2.       Are you getting this error while using any particular program? (Specify the program)

3.       Have you made any changes to the computer prior to this issue?
