ERROR 1723. windows installer package problem, missing some dll files

I have been so smart that I have erased some dll files without even detected it. And now, I can't reinstalling or uninstalling java and I can't use it either. My problem is that i have erased some dll files and i can't just reinstall java.

What my computer says when I'm trying to install Java: "Error 1723. There is a problem with this windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel of package vendor."

If there you know where I can download these DLL files please give me a link of the site.
