I am trying to set Windows 7 live mail program as a default program. It does not show up as an option on my "set default programs list". I know that I have it because I am using the program. Where else can it be?

I asked this question earlier in the context of trying to attach smaller picture files to an email. I followed the written instructions in the help section and those of the person who replied to my earlier question(Ramesh). They both said to select live mail from the default programs list---but as I said before it is not on the list. Do you have any other suggestions?

In Windows Mail, press ALT+T , click Options , and look under Default Messaging Programs .  If it isn't the default Mail handler, click the Make Default button.
