Outlook set-up - not receiving all of my emails

I just set up my computer yesterday, and coordinated Outlook to have my work email.  I am positive I set up the actual email address and PPOP server correctly because it mirrors my old computer, which still receives every email without issue.  Although I've received dozens of emails to my Blackberry and Gmail (where I also have my work emails forwarded), only  a handful of work emails have actually arrived in Outlook.  

Anyone have a quick fix?  Is this a common problem?
