430: Class does not support automation

This is an Access 2003 Error but the problem is with Windows 7 SP1

I get error "430: Class does not support automation or does not support expected interface" when opening an Access MDE on some of my user PCs.

I also found the answer. My PC has Win7 SP1 with Access 2003. The users PCs had the same except they had not installed SP1 for Win7. Did the install for them and everything worked fine.

Now I get this same error when I take the application to a Windows XP. I upgraded all my Win7 PC's to SP1 but can not yet upgrade the XP machines. So how do I fix this?

Answer
Answer

Installed SP1 on all Win7 PCs and everything worked fine.

Or create the MDE on Win7 without SP1 and deploy to Win7 PCs.
