Windows setup experienced an unexpected error to install windows restart the installation

2. How are you installing Windows 7? Is it by using Windows 7 setup saved on your computer?

This issue may occur either if the hard drive has any bad sector or if master boot record is corrupt.

I would suggest you to try following methods and check if it helps.

Method 1:

Use "Bootrec" tool to rebuild master boot record(MBR) and then check the issue.

Note: You may use "/FixMbr" command.

If it does not help, use method 2.

Method 2:
Run check disk and see if it helps.

Check disk can identify and automatically correct file system errors and make sure that you can continue to load and write data from the hard disk.

Note: While performing chkdsk on the hard drive if any bad sectors are found on the hard drive when chkdsk tries to repair that sector if any data available on that might be lost.
