Windows 8 v. 7 Boot Error

I am trying to install Windows 7 Pro on a new Acer Aspire M5-481PT-6444 that already has Windows 8.

I received the following error: File:\$windows.~BT\WINDOW\SYSTEM32\\winload.efi\   0xc0000428

Digital signature for this file could not be found.

Any clues with regard to how to address this issue?

Install EasyBCD in Windows 8 and correct the loader path for Windows 7.

Thanks!  I am in the midst of creating the Windows 7 partition.  (non-quick) formatting right now.  tic-toc-tic-toc.  I downloaded the neosmart sf.  tell me a little  more about the order of operations... I run this after the creation of the Windows 7 partition and before install?

thanks again for your step-by-step!

I tried to install a windows 8 OS on a separate hard drive on a Windows 7 machine and ended up with the same error code. I was able to get Windows 7 HD to boot only by disabling secure boot in bios. Before this happened I was able to boot with secure boot on and loaded in compatibility mode. One other thing when I go to the file system32 winload.efi the certificate expiration date is past by 3 days.  I have tried a lot to fix and research so far no luck. Will only boot with secure boot off.  I am so mad at my self my win 7 install was 6 months old and working great.  Any input would be appreciated..Thanks    Also Easy BCD from what I have researched will not work on a UEFI system...

What happens if you disconnect the drive with Windows 8 on it? Does Windows 7 boot as it once did or do you still have boot issues?
